Consent to Technical Changes
The user expressly acknowledges and hereby separately agrees that the technical infrastructure provided by UTRADING - in particular in connection with API connections, license models and bot functionalities - is subject to constant further developments, changes, extensions and updates during its operation. These relate in particular to functional adjustments, security updates and the reaction to external interface changes and are part of the contractual scope of services.
