You can stop or start being a builder any time. You will always keep your referral link that can use it anytime. Please note, make sure if you are sending your referrals out, you must have an active performance pack in your account that month. Therefore plan accordingly ! 

The Builder Program within the UChain ecosystem is a transparent and performance-based referral system that rewards participants for helping grow the Ultima community in an organic and sustainable way. Every individual has the same opportunity to earn, regardless of when they joined or who referred them.

In this system, when a person joins using a referral link and purchases a Performance Pack, the person who shared the referral receives a 40% bonus. This bonus is paid directly by Ultima, not by the new participant. The person who joined then activates their trading bot by purchasing both a bot and a Performance Pack, just like any other member. If they later decide to become a Builder, they too can share their own referral link and receive the same 40% bonus when others join through them.

This structure means that everyone has the ability to grow their own network and become a Builder: there is no permanent "top" position. Success depends entirely on a person's level of activity, consistency, and networking skills, not on hierarchy. The system allows individuals to build their team and income at their own pace, making it fair and accessible for all.

Additionally, when people in your team start recruiting their own members, you earn bonuses not only from your direct referrals but also from their extended teams. The percentage of commission decreases as the levels go down, following a clear 15-tier structure: 40% on level 1, 7% on level 2, 5% on level 3, 3% on levels 4 and 5, and 1% from levels 6 to 15. The system stops there: it does not go beyond 15 tiers. This ensures the program remains stable and balanced, with capped commissions that prevent unrealistic or unlimited earnings.
